A lumpy vintage yields an acceptable example. Bevan did the right thing on price, so no complaints from me. I’d like to compare this against the 18.

A decent wine, but I expected more. At first I thought it needed more air to open up, but even on day 2 it stayed muted. Nothing wrong per se, but in the end it was uninspiring and somewhat flat in the finish. Clearly discounted for the right reasons and paying $99 was an ok price, but there are much better wines in that range.
