If you are looking for a juicy fruit forward bold Napa Cabernet look no further. Other Napa cabs may bring you more nuance and intrigue but this is great for the price point in my opinion.

Rich fruit, dark red colour, little sparkly on the tongue at first but not too bad, few tannin notes

High alcohol content. A bit sweet. Good mouthfeell. Two more years in the bottle needed.

Cab Sauv with just a touch of Malbec. Cooked Black fruit aromas and flavors with hints of dark chocolate, minerals and Smokey grilled herbs. Dark purple color. Well structured and balanced. Nice depth and great mouth feel.

Easy to drink, approachable, yet complex and refined. $70 retail, got it for $35 at The Still. Outstanding buy!

Purple hue with extraction on the glass. Clean nose with fresh blackberry, plum sauce, cassis, graphite, black and red peppercorns, jalapeño, espresso, vanilla, and cedar box notes. A dry and full-bodied wine, that’s fruit and oak forward that can stand on its own or as a culinary complement. 15% ABV.

Deep ruby in color with a very aromatic nose of bing cherries, wet gravel, vanilla, and a hint of oregano. Can smell the aroma standing a few feet away from the glass. Very nice, full-bodied mouthfeel. Nice structure with fine grained tannins. Nice fruit on this wine with a long finish.

Same notes as the 2014 - blackberry, cassis with notes of tobacco and graphite - just not as evolved. Great wine - drinks best at 5 - 7 years old. 2016 vintage on Jan 3, 2020
