Jan 31st, 2022This one’s alright but maybe a bit overpriced in the high $30 range. Leathery and earth notes show up big, as do dried red fruit, raisin, and cherry cordial notes. Glad to catch it now as it feels like this year will turn soon.

For $25... I’ll take it. Smooth... tannins showed up (I opened it an hour before drinking)... again, for the price, I can use it (and enjoy it) when I’m not motivated to open up something more interesting. An everyday cab

Medium to dark purple with a nose of blackberries, black cherries, and a hint of coffee. Medium to full-bodied with great structure and balance. Good tannin structure and a nice finish for this wine. Excellent price to value ratio at $20 at a warehouse club. Beat out another wine twice it’s price.
