Blend of equal parts Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard. Light, bright, and juicy. Simple, I thought. Some natty reduction so it would have certainly benefited from more air, but it proved too drinkable on this occasion to have seen much of it. With a little chill, it was gone like the wind.

Blend of Troussseau (40%), Poulsard (30%) and Pinot Noir (30%). Beautiful, bright red fruit aromas and some earthy notes. Lively, quite complex, very tasty. Nice minerality. Delicious
