Lots of vanilla and coconut on the nose. Sweet and classic cabernet qualities on the palate. Gentle tannins, very harmonious. If I’m being picky it could use a touch more acid, but no real complaints; this delivered exactly what I wanted it to.

Seriously good, the 2015 Beaulieu Vineyards ‘Tapestry’ Red Wine opens with aromatics of dried sage, cigar box, black tea and dark currants that are all delightfully woven together in the glass. The palate is plush and inviting, delivering copious dark fruit flavors that connect with the brilliant sense of minerality. The combination of weight and minerality here is excellent. While delicious in its youth, the ‘Tapestry’ will have a long life in the cellar. Drink 2019-2035- 92

Beaulieu Vineyard Tapestry 2015: Full-bodied. Medium-high tannins. Big bold taste. Black fruits. Tobacco. Oak. Spice. Dry flavorful finish. All in all, a powerful & rich red blend (consisting of the five main Bordeaux varietals of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc & Petit Verdot) forming a complex yet well balanced wine begging to be paired with a grilled NY steak! Really delicious and a total steal for $40 at Costco. Plum, dark cherry, black licorice, leather, tobacco, cedar notes. Opened up beautifully after decanting.

2015 vintage. Absolutely delectable — pun intended for my first post ;) it has the depth that I love with the super smooth finish. No imperfections of sourness or jammyness. This is delicious and makes we want to figure out why
