Date night and this bottle is a gem. Intense nose of wild flowers, coupled with citrus fruits. Palate displays power with pears, sherbet, hints of caramel, and butterscotch, with a delicate sweetness. Medium weight on the palate with high-pitched acidity. I always wondered if Aubert chards were constructed for the long-haul. Check that box - At DOMODOMO.

Aubert absolutely always delivers on his Chardonnay line. The pinots do not work for me at all. This bottle is on the other side of its apex but still outstanding. Fresh flowers, silky honeycomb, citrus rind.

Great Juice but note after Trying 2012 Sugar Shack Chardonnay before this makes this #3 of the night. Also had Morlet 2012 Chard also. See picture. Another Awesome Chard!!!! My compliments to the vintners ! Charlie

Tons of pineapple and tropical fruit. A bit too much oak on the finish. Very big CA chard.
