Light and Mineral Assyrtiko

An Assyrtiko that drinks like a Sauvignon Blanc. Unripe peach. Lime. Very slight saltiness. @Jason Keefer I went back to Greece!

Excellent albariño esque, high minerality, lovely taste goes great with our greek meal Sweet like a summers armpit a brisk walk by a fresh water pond no salinity here. but the air sure is nice

Lots of bright acidity/minerality

Dry yet light at the same time.
