Dark ruby in color with a dirty purple/ brick rim.

Fruity nose of blackberries, black currants, sweet cherries, sweet plums, currants, cedar, vanilla, licorice, spices, leather, figs, and peppercorn.

Medium plus in body and smooth, with medium acidity and long thin legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with black currants, plums, figs, sweet strawberries, cherries, leather, oak, vegetables, spices, earth, pencil lead, wet rocks and peppercorn.

Medium plus on the finish, with round tannins, spices and bitter herbs.

This is an above average, everyday Zinfandel, from Mendocino County in California. Drinking nicely right out of the bottle. Balanced and not too complex, but can be a good sipping or party wine.

Will pair well with BBQ Meats like Lamb on the grill.

Better after 30 minutes of being opened, with more complexity and a nicer mouthfeel.

14.7% alcohol by volume.

Lighter Zin. Nice wine but not what I'm looking for in a Zin.

I love this one. It is lack of all what I don't like about Zins, not overly fruity and jammy. Well balanced, fresh.

Solid with our cedar plank salmon and zucchini pancakes. Good body with a little bit of spice.

Very fruit-forward with prominent cherry taste notes and aroma of smoke, pepper and soy sauce. Very well-balanced and fat. Lingers wonderfully on the palate!
