Nice. Blind I would have guessed Italy (Liguria?)

Very interesting. Orchard fruit skin. Good acid. Some hay and herbal tones. Textured mouthfeel. Hold if you can

I feel like I’m on a beautiful Italian coast eating seafood that was just swimming, enjoying this crazy good wine. The aromas start as pure funk, like a nutty, salty, hard cheese with some age. With air and temp a dense tropical tone emerges overlaying stones/seashells. It’s like squeezing lemon into a fresh oyster. Viscous mouthfeel with medium+ acid finishing somewhere near mezzo-soprano.

Something flawed here. So disappointing. Reductive and sulfuric.

Jumped the gun on this one ... knew it, but couldn't help myself. All acid right now. Glad I have a couple more to come back to.
