Displays a distinctive personality on the nose and palate. It’s a leanish, mineral-driven expression of Chardonnay. Hints of ginger and lanolin combine with taught acidity. Sweetness is light to moderate. Very little oak to talk about, mostly steely. This will partner perfectly with sushi, but it does need a wingman.

Whew! Loved this bottle. Loads of green apple, lemon & sea salt. Waves of acidity, with an exceptionally long finish. Paired with potato & leek soup with all the fixins

I agree with many of the reviews I’ve read on CT which suggest this wine, this vintage, is young and tightly wound at this stage, but potentially has the goods to be great. This is very lean, very mean, barely yielding some green apple and fresh lemon, some lemon curd with whipped cream. High acid, tense, with the cream coming in mid-palate hopefully hinting at the direction to come...I’d love to see this relax and unfurl a bit. Holding for a couple years!

Nice Cali chard - best enjoyed with raw oysters, IMO. Wet stones, lemons, and a saline note on the finish.

Drank over several days. Not quite the pop of previous vintages but it did improve.

Nariz: limon, piedra, manzana verde, algo salino

Boca: Acidez M+, Alcohol M

Mas abierto que hace un año, pero debe guardarse mas.
