Having a bottle of Amavi Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 at Copper Whiskey Bar & Grill in Bozeman, MT with my son who we came to visit. The nose took a few minutes to present it's self with notes of black cherry, black currant, and earthiness. On the first sip I am getting blackberry, the black currant, and black pepper. The tannin is medium+ and the acidity medium+ with a medium finish. The restaurant price for this is $58 bones.
