Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Deep purple/ inky in color, with a purplish rim. Teeth staining color for sure.

Sweet nose of diet coke, vanilla, cherries, oak, blackberries, blueberries, raisins, cherries, cloves, licorice, eucalyptus, coffee, chocolate, light sherry, leather and black pepper.

Full bodied, smooth and velvety with medium acidity and great legs.

Fruity and dry on the palate with blackberries, cherries, blueberries, figs, oak, vanilla, licorice, coke, caramel, cloves, toasted oak and peppercorn.

Long finish with fine grained tannins, black pepper and tart cherries, that balance the fruits well.

A Nicely Balanced, Cabernet. Has a lot of secondary flavors, which were too much for my taste. However, it has a great mouthfeel and it is not cloying at all.

Good to sip on by itself. I Paired it with a burger.
Needs and hour in a decanter to display these great properties.

Aged for 14 months in Oak barrels. Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with some Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec.

14.2% alcohol by volume.

Sturdy blend that hits all the right notes. Strong start with raspberry and cherry then more structure with vanilla and a bit of anise. Solid for 16 bucks
