Spicy up front with dark fruit and some minerality

Took some time to open up but goodness this was good. Nose like fresh ground pepper, some cigar smoke, plum and maybe even a lil windex or ammonia, but not in a bad way. Light medium body, with gripping tannins at this age, but after some time and air they let loose their grip juuust a bit. Jammy and fruit forward finish, but still so fresh, with hints of mint, green pepper, and slight tints of tar at the end.

Luscious dark fruit, Mediterranean herbs, tannic structure with volcanic mineral foundation. Salvo Foti delivers for Kevin Harvey. No one should expect anything less.

Among elite Etna Rossos. Red and black berry fruits. Volcanic minerality with crisp acidity. Mediterranean salinity and herbs.

Good, Mediterranean fruit, herbs, medium bodied still with room to improve.

Dark berries, acid and smoke. Terrific NM from 100 year old vines on Mt. Aetna.
