This Chard is a bit on the buttery side but still a good food wine.

Pale lemon in color with a golden tint.

Fruity nose of grapefruits, limes, lemons, citrus, tropical fruits, pear, white flowers, oak, vanilla, white pepper and metals.

Medium plus in body, and crisp with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with limes, citrus, lemons, apples, grapefruits, herbs and pepper.

Medium finish with almonds.

This is a typical California Chardonnay. Oaky and simple, but well balanced and enjoyable.
Good as a sipping wine by the pool, and with food as well. I paired it with tuna tartar.

Really liked this wine. Nice balance of acidity. Went well with chicken marsala. The only thing to give it a little lower score is it is a little thin on the mid-palate. Pretty good though!

Rather likable. Balanced without being too oakey or buttery.
