I was truly disappointed but this bottle and vintage. It has #brettanomyces and renders the wine faulty and basically undrinkable. Even with the Brett I’m not sure that I’d completely enjoy it anyway as it seems tart, medium bodied and the tannins seem dry. Too bad. The winemaker is a friend of mine and this is one of the first wines of his that has disappointed me. — 2 years ago

A restrained #california #pinotnoir that had med + intensity and was quite spicy on the nose. There was also reductive notes and possibly a little #brettanomyces characteristic.
