Halvt orangino vino stavas drickglädje, briljant balansgång mellan godisbutik och lätt, lätt aceton. Ge mig mer! Dracks till hälleflundra på Totale, gbg — 8 years ago
Badass value. After a 30 min decant, all the rhythms of aged can franc showed up. A nose of roasted herbs, pine needles, and muted candied raspberry. The palate showed damn good acid. $16 retail. Picked up at K&L Hollywood after the bitter sweet drop off of my DRC GE for auction. — 8 years ago

I don't know who would rate this 8.6, but this is one of the most important orange wines that is on the market today. This smells like a Turkish Delight. It is so powerfully delicate and nuanced. So much thoughtfulness in this wine. It's clearly made by someone who has a singular path. — 9 years ago
Slow oxed for 69 minutes with more acid than the DRC GE. Berries, cherries, dark, well balanced but was blown away by the DRC GE tonight. — 7 years ago
Sluten jävel även om han öppnade upp sig en aning efter några timmar på karaff. Ceder, tobak, läder är vad man kommer minnas av denna. Har mer att ge. — 7 years ago
Tasted blind. Old wine color. Reddish light brown, thin and translucent. Notes of cherries, cola, earth, a little wood and some rhubarb. With more air this gained complexity and added salt and rose petals to its bouquet. At the end of the evening it had a nice richness too. But compared to a 66 DRC GE we had in the past year, there was consensus this must have had some issues with storage or handling at some point. Was really good but not the "Wow" we expected. — 8 years ago
— 8 years ago

A huge, powerfully tannic, backward wine that will require considerable patience. The color is a dense purple. This wine was not easy to evaluate, but as it sat in the glass, its thickness and impressive credentials became obvious. Sweet cherry liqueur, kirsch, cassis, dried herbs, cedar, and toasty oak gradually emerge from the wine's restrained aromatics. The palate is inundated with exceptional concentration, ferocious tannin, and high levels of extract. This is a backward wine, but it appears to possess the intense concentration needed to match its tannin. RParker THIS WINE HAS FINALLY FOUND ITS PLACE. GE — 6 years ago
