Very tasty sparkling wine! It's sweet but not too sweet. I think it might taste good with pasta!

Pale lemon in color with a yellow tint.
Nice nose of yeast, lemons, minerals, bread, herbs, spices and white pepper.
Full bodied with medium plus acidity and crisp with small bubbles.
Dry on the palate with grapefruits, limes, lemons, green apples, cream, yeast, spices, sea salt and white pepper.
Short finish with bitter almonds.
A nice Italian sparkling wine, easy drinking and simple. Good food wine for appetizers.
11% alcohol by volume.
