Bright lemon color. Particularly intense grapefruit aromas and flavors with hints of freshly cut grass, asparagus and fresh herbs. Distinct citrus note on the very long finish. Bright, crisp, refreshing and zingy! Wonderfully consistent from vintage to vintage. — 9 months ago

Just a nice Pinot. Cherry and a little bite on the finish. It has been a while and I forgot how much I like Pinots. — 7 years ago
73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 2% Malbec. Cranberry aroma with hints of pipe tobacco. First impression is cranberry juice follow by a floral vanilla retronasal sensation. The body is both powdery and tannic so it reminds me of a dark chocolate powder. Slow long legs give it a balanced heat on the finish. Was a great wine for a thanksgiving dinner. — 6 months ago

Aged in bourbon barrels, this California Cabernet Sauvignon draws its rich flavors from charred barrels that once aged American whiskey. Tracing the legacy of distillers, this aging method masterfully balances the unique character imbued by these prized barrels. The reward is a seamless wine with distinctive notes of vanilla, black cherry, and dried herbs. — 8 months ago
Aged definitely pays! Cherry still but mellowed with earthy notes and strong tannins still. Would likely be even better with a few more years in the bottle. Nice surprise from the library mystery case. — 2 years ago
Good and very cherry but not as much as some other younger wines. Not sure if I like this more than the other higher end petite sirahs of theirs. — 4 years ago
At $3.49 a bottle, this is our daily staple from Trader Joe’s. Mild and full of flavor, an easy daily drinker that we always have around, especially great when entertaining guests. — 4 years ago
