A little rosé study with clients before I left. All fruit from Shelmerdine's Heathcote site. 15' made by de Bort. Barrel fermented goodness here. A more savoury rosé.
Note: Pretty sure this was full malo. KW aiming for this style with the 17' fruit. — 8 years ago
