2023/12/31 with steamed spiny lobster and karaage. Started very tight, with prominent and steely acidity. With air, gradually opened to reveal intense citrus and chalk. Definitely a sleek, tensed personality, but likely to get even better with time — 4 months ago

Medium straw colour . Fine , constant perlage . Brioche , confit lemon and jasmine, ginger notes . Fills out well on the palate with those candied lemon , brioche notes , lots of backbone and intensity . Mineral fresh acidity . Still quite young , so probably even better in 5 years and will last a further 5-10 years — 3 months ago

Very nice. Quite full and on the somewhat darker side. But with a good chill this sings. Great pairing with chicken thighs in a soy garlic ginger marinade. Love the mouthfeel and some earth on the finish with some good acid. Nice. — 2 months ago
