That’s seriously delicious. Fresh, vibrant, balanced. Wild red fruits with a hint of herbal, basil? Thyme? Really lovely. Light-med body, almost glou-glou - could def take a slight chill. Really lovely from Cos. — 4 months ago
Quite light lemon yellow , very persistent , fine bubbles . Quite taut and strict on the nose , chalk dust , white flowers , honey suckle and elderflower , lemon peel , touch oyster shell and a touch of fresh baked bread . On the palate really good volume and density , lively acidity . Lots of citrus with good mineral , oyster shell notes . Long and mineral , saline, tinged finish , hint of toasty brioche on the end . This is really quite young and shows tighter and more mineral than the first bottle we had . Would leave this a few years and will have a long life , better in 10 -15 years and last well a further 10 or so . Great potential — 5 months ago

Light not sweet. Really nice. Drank with Ale — 9 months ago
Pulled from the wine fridge and double-decanted about 90 minutes prior to service; enjoyed over the course of three hours. The 2005 Bougros pours a deep straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is vinous with notes of marmalade, dried apricot, cashews, chalky minerals, leesy, and slightly sherried. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and super chalky.
This improved dramatically as it came up to temperature and had some real time to stretch its legs. It showed all the hallmarks of well aged GC Chablis from a solar year: powerful, dried fruit; the chalk; the acid; its creamy, leesy texture. The sherried, oxidative notes seemed to dissipate over time, freshening up a bit after being cooped up for so long. Bravo! Drink now and before 2030. Thanks Andy! — 10 months ago
Blend of Grenache (34%), Barbera (32%), Counoise (16%), Mourvèdre (14%) and 4% other assorted red grapes. Light salmon pink color. Aromas of citrus fruits, red berries and white flowers. Flavors of strawberries, raspberries, orange, green melon, grapefruit and lemon. Lovely hint of salty and chalky minerality on the finish. Creamy texture (lees contact?) and very crisp acidity. Light bodied, clean and refreshing. Wonderful pairing with a salad. — 3 months ago

Light silvery straw gold color. Clean aromas and flavors of yellow delicious apple and citrus fruits with a light dose of mineral on the medium-plus finish. Crisp acidity and quite fresh tasting. This “Valdadige version” was much better than I expected. Very dry and quite refreshing. — 7 months ago

Presented double-blind. The wine appears a light straw color; medium viscosity with no signs of sediment. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of orchard fruit: apples, lemon curd, hot metal and a buttermilk thing. I think there is some oak? On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose and there is a leesy textural element. The finish is long and intensely mineral driven. I called Chardonnay from France, from Burgundy, from the Côte de Beaune, Chassagne- Montrachet, 2018. Well, well…I was close but it was the Chardonnay from the north and with some age!! And awesome showing. Drink now but this has years to go. — 6 months ago

Well-known #chablis producer. Characteristic lemon, white fruit nose. More concentrated palate with length and some interesting spicy notes to finish from the partial oak aging. Lovely wine. — 3 months ago
