Charming Riesling very interesting — 12 years ago
This 59 reminds me why this vintage might be better than 61 albeit I'm drinking less top 61's because the book tells me to lay away still the very top producers. But 59 in Lafite, Margaux, now HB better than 61. Latour and Mouton spectacular in 59 and maybe 61 will outlive but only time will tell. This was simply myriad of the finest moments one can expect from a rare old bottle at its peak! — 9 years ago
Enjoyed the 2007 in June 2016. Strong flavor. Cork perfect. Can lay longer. Solid work went into this wine. — 10 years ago
John Abbott does it again. He never disappoints 2102 is spectacular If you're looking for that velvet long finish you can't go wrong Buy 2. Lay one down — 10 years ago
Wow! Spice, blackberries, and strangely enough, I am picking up a bit of vanilla cake right out of the oven. Good tannins so this could lay down for five to ten years. But who would want to do that?! Drink it now! Great value for a 2012 vintage. — 11 years ago
Originally when I opened this bottle I wasn't that amped, but in Penfolds' fashion this bad boy is built to last. I'm guessing you could lay this down for another 8-13years and it will shine. 5 hours after this wine was decanted it was still tight, but tasted great. — 11 years ago
Wow again. It could lay down awhile longer. — 11 years ago
Fresh clean pure. Perfect accompaniment to cakes, pastries and fruit selection from SD's own Extraordinary Desserts. Big thanks to @Dan Blackwell . — 9 years ago

I've been skipping around the rose territory the last couple of years purposefully not drinking this one and this was my return, a 375mL bottle shared. Easily in my perspective the most forward, complex, and fun pink wine to drink. This needs nothing at all to be 100% satisfying in every aspect. It's not a wonder why I do my best to lay off this stuff. — 10 years ago
Tobacco and mint. Wonderful wine, this is one to lay down for a while — 11 years ago
The first taste when it touches your tongue is hard to explain, but it's very refreshing. Feels like summer and freshly cut grass. — 11 years ago
Distinct petrol aroma. Granny Smith apple and pear flavors with an oily mouthfeel and nice mineral finish. — 11 years ago

An outstanding Sauvignon Blanc. Among the best I have had. I tend to love Marlborough wines and this exemplifies what I love. — 9 years ago
