What better way to press 2015 Watson Ranch Chardonnay at Arnot-Roberts then to smash a magnum of Moreau-Naudet!? — 11 years ago

Little surprised by the oak, threw me off a bit , love the Watson ranch chard, but I can deal with a bit off vanilla and lemon curd — 11 years ago

Won't see this again. Miss ya Standish! — 13 years ago
This years Jimmy Watson winner. Absolutely sensational. Deep rich new world Pinot. Love it! — 11 years ago
First, when I'm drinking at home, I am always going to choose "dumpster next to 6629" as my location. Second, pretty good with some good spice. I am going to save some for Sunday and see if a couple of days makes it even better. Thanks for that tip Paul Watson. — 11 years ago
Perfect on a Saturday with friends even if cable is all messed up @Jake Watson thank you! — 11 years ago
Hells yeah - the ying to the Watson ranch's yang. Both elegant examples of CA Chardonnay. — 12 years ago
Drank with Jeff Watson while watching Hook. Awkward roommate night with Matt & Stephanie. — 13 years ago
Carmel Valley (Central Coast) has been a favorite destination for my wine adventures. Joullian has been a staple there for 25 years--winemaker Ridge Watson included. Their 2007 (silver at the SF wine comp) lacked that cab kick. — 14 years ago
A plush delicious Pinot in the cult Tassie area of d'Entrecasteaux peninsula for Pinot near Home Hill who won the2015 Jimmy Watson trophy. Cherry nuances. A crowd pleaser. — 11 years ago
Surprising, the Pinot Noir from this region is unique, spicy and well balanced. I like it I would buy more — 11 years ago
Class wine. Rob Watson is a member — 11 years ago
Notes of Liquorice and white pepper. Medium weight at best but this is a wine style I enjoy. Similar to Bests 2011 Bin 1 which won the Jimmy Watson trophy. Langhi Ghiran and Clonakilla supercede the St Joseph in the same genre. 17.5. — 11 years ago
The previous vintage won best Pinot at the Melb wine show RNA. Should have won the Jimmy Watson won by another Pinot. Fresh bright fruit nose - cherries, some pepper/spices, rose perfume. Medium weight, silky. Delicious. 17.5+. — 12 years ago
Solid core of acidity surrounded by lemon-honey flavors. More flesh than extreme south Napa Chards a la Watson Ranch (as one would expect). Lovely wine. — 12 years ago

It ain't even out yet! Thanks @Jake Watson for the preview bottle- it showed very well with the halibut en pappiot that Cinnamon made. Big time porcini aromas in this fully mature, bronze 15 year on the lees bottle. — 10 years ago
