Domaine Moreau-Naudet
Chablis Chardonnay
Not textbook Chablis but bloody good drinking. Notable lees use on the nose, along with lemon verbena, waxy, orchid fruit and slightly stoniness while in the gob displaying a real weighty, textural component.

Jun 21st, 2015Oh my. Lemons and rocks with a texture that I've never tasted in Chablis. Most likely spent time on lees. High acid. Is this producer famous? He should be. Tasted the 2012.
