Time and place have a huge effect on one's wine tasting experience. Well hello new friend. We knew we liked Stoney Ridge's Cab Franc available at the LCBO, so we included them in our most recent Niagara weekend. So glad we did! A lovely winery (and cheese shop!) with polite, knowledgeable staff. The 2010 Cab Merlot is a lovely wine by itself, but really comes into its own when paired with spicy meats. — 10 years ago
