Always delicious. 2013 drinking well, paired with a Tagliatelle Bolognese from Enoteca Sogno. — 5 years ago

Blood. Probably some Barbara mixed in. But I'm okay with it. Loved. — 9 years ago
It's not a secret that I love this winery. So you can imagine how happy I am to taste one more beautiful traditional sparkling crafted by Cà del Vént. Just like Lassaigne wines, it has some notes of pickles, but in this case - apples. Some of them are not pickled but baked. Brioche, almond, white flowers, yeast. I love this expressive yet sincere and well-balanced style. — 4 years ago

Very Nice, but to muscaty for me. — 6 years ago

Thanks Gary York, Enoteca Sogno, Richmond, VA... — 5 years ago

Nice, took 20 mins to open, smooth mouth and finish, not over the top on unfermented sugars. Not really a dry wine though. Enjoying without food. — 5 years ago

From the #mysterycase. First sip is dry and musty lol. Further sips reveal oranges and anise, like a pizzelle. Not bad 😄 — 6 years ago
Mouthwatering, aggressive acidity. Perfect for seafood. — 8 years ago
