Day old bottle but still great balance of sweetness. Fresh cut grass on the nose. I imagined mangoes and maybe ambrosia apples. — 9 years ago
Absolutely massive Chilean petit verdot in our favourite restaurant in South America probably, Ambrosia in Santiago. It was Rosario's birthday the day before and she rolled in around midnight pretty wasted and plying us with various weird things. This was the winner though, artistic and punchy. — 9 years ago
Very flavorful and tasty. Just enough bubbles to make it fun. — 10 years ago
This producer has me confused, which is nothing new for Burgundy. On release his wines are nearly un-drinkable; a year later they are ambrosia. This is the best passetoutgrain I have ever had, loaded with pretty Gamay fruit but supported by Nuits acidity. Not complex- just delicious! — 10 years ago
This stuff is awesome. Consistently awesome. Thomas Rivers Brown made ambrosia. Too bad they couldn't make this work. I don't have enough. 8 years and still going strong. So well balanced. — 11 years ago
Buena acidez y mineralidad. Refrescante. Buen valor. (Ambrosia) — 8 years ago
Excellent wine marked by heady floral bouquet including hints of violets and rose petals.. Additional hints of coffee and raspberries. Finish is soft and elegant. — 9 years ago
1996 vintage. Medium amber. Rice pudding on the nose, ambrosia, honey, honey dew melon. On the palate, very similar to the nose. Medium plus acidity, medium body and pronounced flavour concentration. Deep and nutty on the finish. Burned caramel. Excellent. — 9 years ago
2006 nectar ambrosia peaches and apricots. Luscious wine. — 10 years ago

Fermented ginger wine from Meulemans'. PERFECT with delicious Thai food at Fran's next door! — 9 years ago
Fantastic wine. WS 97 a few years back and only getting better. Semi sweet like smoky sugary velvet with a tinge of apricot and fig. Pure ambrosia. Goes well with a good Stilton and salty cracker and dark chocolate. — 10 years ago
Holy botrytis! This thing reeks of noble rot--practically dripping with ooey gooeyness- candied lemon peel, bruleed grapefruit, grandma's ambrosia salad (Midwestern family, sorry!)- there's definitely some wet mossy earth in the background. Palate is medium sweet and richly savory-flavored, almost like a saffron syrup, or perhaps a passion fruit Creme brulee with an almond topping. Needs some foie or stinky ass blue — 10 years ago
'97. Long ambrosia/honey dew finish. Ethereal. — 10 years ago

Un Pinot Grigio mas complejo que el típico liviano que uno se toma en la playa. Buena mineralidad y sabor a fruta citrica con manzana, quizas un poco tart al finalizar. Nariz algo floral. Buen vino ( PR Dist: Ambrosia) — 8 years ago
