Chocolate and dark spices followed by cocoa nibs on the nose. Low acidity and super light tannins with mild red cherry flavors on the palate. — 9 years ago
Dedication ,labor of love, patience and traditional attention to the details results in this excellent and smooth savory wine. Rich medium red, ripe red plum followed with a pleasant peppery suggestion. Great wine, excellent pairing with Shrimp Diablo. — 5 years ago
