Drank with Len Gretchen megan and Mere at vickery. Good for mimosas — 8 years ago
2013 Vintage with zero problems of reduction. One of a kind expression of wine volcanic soils, 100+ year old vines, and a oceanic climate. Envinate for the win, best of its class. — 9 years ago
Fantastic dry sparkling cava. Excellent for mimosas. Vaimo and I love it especially with a pineapple orange juice or pomegranate juice. — 10 years ago

BRAVO! — 8 years ago
Red fruit at first, hints of countryside; like fresh air when the farm is down the road. Earthy and somewhat fruity. Earthy finish. Nice. — 9 years ago
Delicate with great pepper notes — 10 years ago
Wine from Gran Canaria's "badlands" -- violets, juicy juice, nice kick at the end. Can do with a slight chill below cellar and even more stellar with food from the grill. — 11 years ago

Oh what a 2+ hour decant will do. This sings much clearer. High toned, but integrated tannins, crushed red fruits & that amazing volcanic thread, and, made by a woman vintner- thus better. I hope I can age a few of these. — 8 years ago
Medium light body. Plum red color. Complex medium plus nose with tons of mushroom and earthy musk. Old world inspired burgundy style with dark cherries. Low alcohol. Good tanin structure. Balanced tight finish. Light mouthfeel. Not too much fruit. More earthy vegetable but not overpowering. Medium low acid. Would pair great with food. — 9 years ago
Noce- different for a Malbec — 10 years ago
First official tasting of Bodega Chacra's '14 sans soufre Pinot Noir stateside. Coming from same vineyard as Piero's "Cincuneta y Cinco" Pinot. Tasted blind alongside 13 other Pinot Noirs from US, NZ, and France. It showed very well! — 11 years ago

Cranberry and earthy notes on the nose. Leads with some light berry notes and some funk. White pepper and light minerality on the finish. Delicious — 7 years ago
