One of my favorite wines I tasted at the estate. Competes with Premier Cru Chablis in my eyes with super charged acid and texture. White flowers, Meyer lemon, bay leaf, and grapefruit pith with deep saline minerality and a long finish. Aged a year in neutral French oak on the lees. Pair with grilled octopus. — 6 months ago
