An elegant gold colour, highly aromatic and interesting on the nose with tropical and green fruits, perhaps a hint of lime. On the palate it is less pronounced than the nose but still pleasant with good acidity, tasted melon, lemon, gooseberry. Perhaps a stony suggestion. I drank without food but I could see this going very well with fish & light pasta dishes. — 10 years ago
