It gets so sappy and dense. So mineral.
Opened beautifully. Sappy indeed. Well integrated and actually in a great spot now.

Apple pear. Bade dried with a freshness to it. I joked about needing a calibration since I feel like I have phantom oxidation but this was well integrated. I immediately called jura and Paul was shocked. It was an awesome wine. Good minerality and cheesy on the nose. Beautiful color. Definitely an incredible wine. — a year ago
