Superb White from Northern Italy! Very Aromatic. Green grass, floral, and stone fruit. Great texture and a slight minerality, lemon, and herbs. This would make a great everyday white. — 3 years ago
Absolutely gorgeous red-orange! So smooth! — 5 years ago
Super fun summer bottle — 5 years ago
The nose shows candied orange peel, lemon peel, apricot, honey. The palate is showing a great acid drive, superb matter on the side, even a tiny thickness on the sides, some orange and orange peel notes, a big bright apricot note, some honey and then tannins in the rear that leave a gentle drying layer over a long orange peel, apricot, honeyed finish that goes on for ever. There is a tiny bitter note that blossoms in the very end. Complexity, texture, fruit, matter. This packs it all. The initial barnyardy notes blew off after a short while. This is again great stuff ! — 4 months ago
17. Unusual, very interesting. Malvasia shows. — 6 months ago
Awesome wine. As usual, If you think you don’t like a category or variety, just go spend $80/bottle then come back and talk to me. This wine shows what Friulano can be. Polished, mildly enriched by oak barrels, very complex fruit, minerals and Unami and super stylish texture...Like the first time you saw a car designed by Karmen Ghia — 5 years ago
Nose: lots of stone fruits. Apricot. Intense.
Palate: apricot pit. Good apricot fruit. Delicious. — 6 months ago
Great Friulano, especially during colder weather. Floral, pear, honey - sweet nuttiness with a dry mineral finish to keep it from being cloying. Full-bodied. End of Thanksgiving weekend back in NY.
Second bottle with a super great meal: Smoky Cannellini beans and kale, red cow Parmigiano Reggiano, Di Palo’s fresh linguine, and homemade sourdough. A+ — 9 months ago

Light, crispy, and smooth. Doesn’t taste like cheap wine, but affordable $15 — 3 months ago
