Just a pup...lots of upside — 10 years ago
Delicious well balanced and creamy blanc de blanc that has all the upside of BdB and is also smooth as silk. Biscuity too. Serve it to your Brit friends, they'll go crazy over it. — 10 years ago
Love off-vintage Burgundy. Lots of fun to be had in '07s right now. Dried roses, sous-bois, a smattering of Savigny spice and mineral. Who knows what the upside is. — 11 years ago
Very solid Pauillac. On the nose, leather, tobacco and green peppers. In the mouth, dark fruits, tobacco and fine tannins. Bright acidity, small presence of oak. Medium-long finish. Obviously a heavy Cab Sav blend. Likely a large upside for this wine in 10 years. — 8 years ago
Smells SO delicious!! Ripe black fruits, herbs, black pepper, slight mocha and smoky notes. Bold, but not slap you upside the head like some Red Mountain wines can be. — 8 years ago
With a bit of air this wine sings with bright red fruits and very fine, but still substantial tannins. After some air, this is a great wine with upside potential. — 9 years ago
Grapefruit nose and not overly sweet. The perfect pair to deconstructed pineapple upside down cake. — 10 years ago
Pear, peach, passion fruit aftertaste w/ plenty of acid. Perfect drink on a sunny winter's day in Jells Park. — 10 years ago
I liked the 12, even though the picture is upside down. Really diggin the 13. Go to Graves blanc. — 11 years ago
Gorgeous Gorges - continues to evolve - in a great place, and showing no signs of decline - just lots of upside...very impressive. — 12 years ago

From the "bucket list" section of the wine list. Lovely sous bois on the nose. Sweet dark red fruit on the palate with medium acidity. Beautiful Grand Cru with great upside. — 8 years ago
