This 6 year old Dolcetto blend from Israel is drinking at its peak now. Nicely balanced and elegant, with nice complexity. Fruit forward and entertaining, with an Italian feel.
I had this vintage 4 years ago, and decided to give it a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Drinking so much better now.
Good right out of the bottle, tangy and interesting. Good by itself as a sipping wine.
A unique blend of Dolcetto and Marselan. Aged for 6 months in oak barrels. Kosher and not Mevushal.

This does not taste like a merlot. It is huge and heavy! Crispy hot dogs with orange peel and pumpkin pie. You could pick this wine out in a blind tasting 10 out of 10 times. — 12 years ago
