Ruby in color with a wide reddish/ brick rim.

Strong nose of blueberries, black plums, cherries, light oak, licorice, chocolates, earth, coffee, bell pepper, tobacco leaf, mediterranean spices and black pepper.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with black currants, cooked plums, light oak, spices, dark chocolates, earth, herbs, dark coffee, tobacco leaf, peppercorn, bell pepper and vegetables.

Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.

This 8 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Israel is still drinking very nicely. Elegant and rich. Complex, earthy and entertaining.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 90 minutes in the decanter.

Drinking at the end of its peak now, and feels like a Left Bank Bordeaux. An interesting wine.

I had this vintage 3 years ago and it was drinking better.

Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food.

Grapes are grown at 2,800 feet of elevation and aged for 22 months in new French oak barrels. Kosher and Mevushal.

14% alcohol by volume.

91 points.

$45.

Inky in color with a short reddish rim.

On the nose black plums, currants, oak, tar, barnyard, spices, earth, vegetables, licorice, light vanilla, tobacco, black pepper and dark coffee.

Full bodied with medium acidity.

Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, currants, black plums, cooked cherries, oak, coffee, vanilla, licorice, cloves, herbs, spices, dark chocolates, peppercorn and earth.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and raspberries.

This is a very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from Israel. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.

Still young and would be better in 3 to 5 years. Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime. Needed an hour to open up properly.

Smells more like a California Syrah, with nice complexity already. Delicious.

A good food wine that will pair nicely with BBQ Meats. I paired it with burger and fries.

Aged for 22 months in new French oak barrels. Kosher and Mevushal.
