A first for me. Right off the bat I was hit with barnyard funk, a fruit driven balsamic note and very chewy/crunchy cranberry. Best enjoyed slightly below cellar temp, this still needs some age or a solid hour in the decanter to express itself. Lots of potpourri, tar, and herbal/mineral traits. I was only able to enjoy a glass of this shortly after it was opened so I’m sure it blossomed after I left and was cooled down. Need to re-visit this unique blend. — 6 years ago

Palatable and delighted to be sharing with my bud. Bought at the 7% solution event in SF years ago. Aged like a beautiful day. — 8 years ago
Very Beaujolais-like. Lots of juicy pomegranate, blueberry, cranberry, and a bit of grape. Rose and violet potpourri, vintage lipstick, crushed oyster shell minerality. Bright, lifted, and very pretty with subtle chalky tannins. (This review is for the 2019 Iruai Shasta-Cascade) — 6 years ago
Лудинг.
Немного летучки, тонкий бруснично-ежевичный нос, немного подлеска, мясо. Во рту мягкое, шелковистое, повторяет нос, средняя кислотность, хороший финиш. — 7 years ago

Delicate and fresh wild berries but also savory/earth. The best kind of confusion. Drink slightly chilled. — 8 years ago

Light garnet color. Very interesting nose and palate of red fruits, rose petals, dried herbs, black tea, bergamot and sweet baking spices. Hint of eucalyptus on the long, complex and earthy finish. Smooth tannins. Lively, bright and very well balanced. Nice concentration for a light bodied wine. Excellent! — a year ago
