Very light honey and sweetness. — 5 months ago
Really interesting white blend made by devout Cistercian sisters at Monastero Trappiste. Its a deep golden color, showing the 1 week of skin contact. Almost an orange wine. Herby and floral, smells like an aged autumn garden. Chamomile, almonds, and citrus notes. Unsurprisingly savory but still refreshing. (Btw- Love the label.) — 10 months ago

2nd tasting of this vintage. Full body, this 100% Trebbiano di Lugana, from 50 years old vines shows a light golden color, nose of flowers and oak, on the palate it is rich and balanced. Went well with the grilled fish. — 4 months ago

Light, crispy, and smooth. Doesn’t taste like cheap wine, but affordable $15 — 6 months ago
Amazing. Bone dry, floral, citrus zest and a richness/texture that only skin contact allows. Perfect match for mushroom asparagus risotto. — 8 months ago
