Lovely from aromas to finish. Apple blossom, clover honey, peeled green apple skins all present themselves easily.
Sweetness and a mineral acidity are very unified. No sweet/sour teeter totter.
Orange peel, green apple, dried apricot, honey and flint rock mingle lazily.

So multi-dimensional. The nose says, "Oh no, this is gonna be sweet, I wasn't prepared for this! Butterscotch, toffee." Palate says, "Mmmm, toasted cashews. Salty dry, and a tad sweet."
