Lovely from aromas to finish. Apple blossom, clover honey, peeled green apple skins all present themselves easily.
Sweetness and a mineral acidity are very unified. No sweet/sour teeter totter.
Orange peel, green apple, dried apricot, honey and flint rock mingle lazily.
