Rosé is often overlooked and considered as a sugary byproduct of red winemaking. Not in Tavel, an appellation that produces nothing but rosé. Salmon colour. Stony, mineral notes with hints of almonds. Dry, full bodied, with nice acidity. Drink slightly chilled. — 9 years ago
