One of the best sakes I’ve had. Floral bouquet, smooth, silky, semi-sweet, amazing to pair with flavorful fresh nigiri. Tried it at Mako in Chicago and was a highlight of the wine and sake pairing Omakase experience. — 4 years ago

Nice, dry, and not sweet. Super smooth. Didn’t quite catch the flavor off there but it has some subtle notes. Love it. — 7 years ago

Drank over 6 weeks opened in my fridge and it stayed fresh throughout. Richly layered aromas and flavors of chocolates, pistachio, green grapes, and honeydew melon with floral undertones. Savory but offset by some residual sugar. Sufficiently robust for the main course. Really nice. — 7 years ago
The first guys to re-introduce Kijoshu back in '73 and they know their stuff.

This is the sake I’ve always wanted. Nutty on the nose, dry, smooth, absolutely incredible. My palate might not be refined enough to taste the sunflower but 🤷♂️ — 3 years ago
