A tasty blend of gamay, cot, and Pinot noir. The fruit of the gamay is well balanced by the other two in a flavorful but slightly dry blend. We had it with spicy jerk chicken. — 8 months ago

Bright and fruit forward. Had it with Chili in October 2023 — 6 months ago
Just a hint of effervescence when first opened. It’s light and bright without much acidity, but much more flavorful than Sancerre or Chenin Blanc, and without too much citrus. Slight sweetness, like a honey crisp apple.
We had it with Argentine shrimp cooked in butter and red pepper and it was was heavenly. — 2 months ago
It went really well with Trader Joe’s Kung Pao Chicken. It has a smooth flavor, mineral without tannins, and fruit that counteracts the spice. — 2 months ago
