Soft with a nice bite. Fantastic quality for the reasonable price. — 6 years ago
This seasonal sake is called “Jumai Ginjo Namzake” from the Harushika Sake Brewery in Nara, Japan. It is insanely smooth sake that has a subtle cherry fragrance and aftertaste without it being too sweet. It’s one of the best sake’s I’ve tasted! — 7 years ago
Waiter recommended this one when we were just about to order Dasani & it’s good but get the Dasai 45 next time. — a year ago
This green can, made from the newest/youngest rice of the season and dated with a manufacturing date of Nov '21 is delicious. It offers a subtle aroma and similar sweet entry as the gold can version but much better of the alcohol so it doesn't have a burning hot finish. Good with some steamed edamame as a pre dinner warm up. — 3 years ago

Delicate nose with a medium bodied and crisp and clean finish. — 8 years ago
Agree w others it is quite cedar especially initially. Becomes more of a lingering aftertaste as it opens — 2 years ago
Wow! Deep burnt orange in color. Big nose of plum (surprise). Medium bodied palate of… plum! And a real plum at that. Not too sweet, rather just as sweet as a very ripe plum. The finish is like what you get from a bite into an actual plum. This ain't your father's plum wine. This plum flavored sake is a fantastic finish to a Japanese or any other meal. Drink with fresh plums when you by it! — 3 years ago

Dewazakura is my favorite Sake brand. I am so happy to have found it locally, especially with all the other local brewers competing for shelf space. — 8 years ago
