An excellent Paso Cab by Stereophonic, one of my fave Indy wine producers. Soft Tannins yet still has good structure to it, and not too hot @ 14.2% abv. Paso is often dismissed as not viable soil esp compared to Napa but there are a few producers that are doing it well (eg Herman Story). — 3 months ago
This is the 2018 Gruner Veltliner from the Edna Valley! Stereophonic has such a great lineup, check out their wines (based in Paso Robles). — 4 months ago
