Very dark colored rose, almost like a Beaujolais in the glass. A deep nose of red raspberry and plum. Juicy and big on the palate with loads of black fruits and a touch of pepper on the back end. DO Cebreros, which is a new Denominación de Origen in Spain. If I were doing a blind tasting I might think this was a Bourgogne (Burgandy)! Sparkling bright red color, medium clear. Aromatic notes of strawberries and raspberries with smokey vanilla and tobacco undertones. Subtle earthy aromas and flavors of mushroom and slate. The tannins are so elegant, so refined, with a luscious, inviting acidity. Long, finish. This will age and just get better and better. Wow! — 6 years ago
