An excellent white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Taking its name from the imposing Dolomites mountain peaks which surround the San Leonardo Estate. Straw colored, dry with hints of white peach, mineral and acidity. An excellent Sauvignon Blanc surpassing most Chardonnay’s. Excellent pairing with roasted chicken. — 4 years ago

Pairs nicely with the new Twin Peaks episodes. Nice wine agent Dale Cooper. — 8 years ago
Lots of fresh raspberry on the nose when opened and then turned into softer mesmerizing dried fruit, mushroom and chocolate. High acidity on the palate, medium body with quite some tannin in the background covered by this fresh fruit and acidity. It is approachable now and certainly has a couple of years before it peaks. — 9 years ago
This was good. It needs some time to open up and breathe for the full flavor to bloom. Once those sophisticated notes of berry, basil, and leather begin to tingle, I am reminded that Q3 taxes are overdue and the basement still needs formal radon testing. I will be having a second glass. Another good Aldi provision. — 4 years ago
There is a lot of oak on first impression but then a lovely hint of lemon and pineapple come through with some golden apple and a cleansing note of flint and wet stone. This is medium bodied and medium alcohol (13.5%abv) and very nicely balanced. Definitely new world with that ripeness but the minerality gives it added complexity. Medium length, a good value — 4 years ago
Smooth wine , rich with blackberry and cocoa — 6 years ago
Really liked the complexity. Notes of cherry and pepper shine. Great value for the price. — 7 years ago
Mas de Boislauzon has been my go to wine when I'm craving for a glass of full bodied, contemporary styled, affordable CdP. Although I think it usually peaks at around 5-7 years, it is more than drinkable young. Fruit forward without being overly jammy. Blackberry, pine tree, oak on the nose. Full bodied with medium to high tannins on the palate. Some floral notes on the finish, perhaps violet. Perfect wine for the upcoming holiday season. — 8 years ago
Another solid zin from Rockpile! Blackberry and boysenberry greet your nose, along with some pepper and spice. Dark fruit dominates the palate--tannins were a little assertive at first, but our aerating pourer toned it down nicely. So would decanting. — 9 years ago
