38 ieme anniversaire mariage Servi avec foie gras escalopes with pear. And caramalized onions. Good de figues et miel. Acidulé. — 6 years ago
A first for me. Right off the bat I was hit with barnyard funk, a fruit driven balsamic note and very chewy/crunchy cranberry. Best enjoyed slightly below cellar temp, this still needs some age or a solid hour in the decanter to express itself. Lots of potpourri, tar, and herbal/mineral traits. I was only able to enjoy a glass of this shortly after it was opened so I’m sure it blossomed after I left and was cooled down. Need to re-visit this unique blend. — 7 years ago
All kinds of salty mineral goodness. Best to let open up in the glass for 20-30mins. Let it develop along with good conversation with friends or family. #wheninparis — 9 years ago

Very light, and a bit earthy. Perfect summer wine. Even better a bit chilled. — 8 years ago

Really interesting orange wine from the Jura. Almost Sauternes-esque on the nose. Wine really opens up after an hour or two to reveal herbal notes like a light yellow chartreuse. — 6 years ago
Very Sherry like with mostly oxidative notes but little acidity from the Chardonnay or Savagnin shining through. — 6 years ago
Oxidative style, nutty, spice, orange peel, round mouthfeel and bright tangy acidity. 2-years in barrels without any topping or racking. — 7 years ago
Checking in on this one. Purchased a case for the restaurant 2 years ago and it wasn't ready. Now it's beautifully subtle, quiet and peaceful as the place it comes from. I want to sleep naked in a bed with sheets that have the same texture as this wine. — 9 years ago

That's my jam. Smells kinda funky (nail polish) but tastes incredible. Preserved lemon peel, high acid, long finish. — 3 years ago
