Anatom Rose Demi-Sec (made by Sarl Gyéjacquot in Celles-sur-Ource). Nice clear rose salmon (70% PN) - even skirt; nose of strawberries, raspberries and hints of mandarins and sourdough brioche; good acidity and relatively long. Not bad given there was only one glass left and that it had been stuck in the fridge with the cork popped back in for 48 hours.
