This is what natural wine is supposed to taste like. Insanely young, almost has a barrel-sample level of fruit. On the nose, lilacs, blackberries. In the mouth, bright fresh jasmine and lilac, blackberry juice, acid. Medium tannins, medium-long finish. Excellent, pure example of Syrah and shows what California Syrah can be - ie St Joseph/hermitage with a twist. — 5 years ago

В аромате тонкие ноты ацетона, что-то молочное, но сладкое (типа ряженки), моченые яблоки, очень яркая кислотность, охуенная текстура, на языке долго остается кислотность и острота, острота как у крес-салата, сладость желтой черешни, белого персика, желтая слива. Структура как у воды скорее, очень крутая, легкая. Талый лед. В пустом бокале мед, сладчайший. Последний глоток как лошадиный навоз. Да, много раз бы выпил еще. И один и с кем-то. Но это не вино для летней вечеринки, оно хоть и легкое, но вкус настолько насыщенный и многогранный, что вино требует внимания. — 6 years ago
