The quintessential Manzanilla, the driest of the dry sherries - hint of saline tang, crushed flint and a bit of olive fruit. High acidity but will balanced. Bone dry. There is no better wine to pair with jamón, anchovies, olives...any and all tapas — 8 years ago
Sweet with a nice depth. — 9 years ago
Fresh, nice attack. — 9 years ago
Smooth mineral aroma. Acidic salty taste and a full body. Better after opening. — 10 years ago
A great example of amontillado. On the nose Caramelized pears, white smoke, soy, brine, pretzel based autolytic notes, toast and touch of milk chocolate. The palate mimics the nose with pronounced notes of brine and sea salt. An oily texture and a long finish. — 11 years ago

Vanilla caramel on the nose, properly bone dry, gorgeous. — 12 years ago
Special-complex, layered: Marconi almonds, salt, soy notes. 17$ treat to self — 7 years ago
After dinner this thing will rise right up to over your ears!! — 8 years ago
Keith's annual fino dinner where I over drink carbon dated sherry. Dry start and finish with rockstar spunk. Very mineral. Special barrel at the end of the line with the oldest wine in the entire solera. — 9 years ago
Strong full bodied. That's my style of wine. — 9 years ago
What can I say but I love Sherry! — 10 years ago
Pair lovely and crisp. Just so wine. — 10 years ago
Technically 2010, though officially NV. Incredible. Ordered from NY but I hope to find a local supplier. — 11 years ago
Awesome Manzanilla at 13 $, very briny. — 12 years ago
Manzanilla en Rama Saca de Verano 2017. One of the best Sherry which I've ever tried. The aroma is something in between premium burgundy and premium Jura with very delicate flor aromas. And the mouth-feeling is fantastic. Great Wine! — 8 years ago
Exceptional single-vineyard Manzanilla. Bone dry with an agile depth and weight. After 12-14 years in the solera this has a nearly endless finish. Aged manchego, chorizo, Andalusian tripe - versatile and dramatically lovely — 8 years ago
Toasty salted almonds. Love it! — 9 years ago
The wine’s nose is vibrant and fresh with nutty aromas of yeast and salinity. A raisiny note adds counterpoint. On the palate it is rich and substantial. It’s very, very dry and has quite a long finish. — 9 years ago
Restrained - like a fino with less alcohol. — 10 years ago
Go to Manz! Buy it by the case. — 10 years ago
I love Spanish sherries. AKA amontillado — 11 years ago
Not as briny as many manzanillas but lovely floral notes. — 11 years ago
